What We Do
At Kentech, we offer design assist services that will ensure the price we submitted during the budgeting phase holds throughout the project. Projects today are rarely being turned over to the Owner under budget and within their desired timeframe. We bring value at the pre-construction stage through our abilities to manage cost, quantity, and owner expectations through a myriad of techniques and benchmarking data.
