Our business is built on strong relationships that have grown over the years through our work ethic, delivering what we promise, being transparent, and our willingness to be agile to our clients’ requests. At Kentech, “Nobody Gets Injured” means just that – no incidents or injuries, no matter how minor they may seem. We all have family members and friends who depend on us to stay safe and return home the way we left – unharmed. We care about the safety and wellbeing of our coworkers, so we plan our work with diligence being careful to spot light potential hazards that may arise. We take safety seriously and own the responsibility to keep each other safe on our jobs. Nothing is more important!
We empower EVERYONE on the jobsite with the responsibility to stop work – regardless of title, position, or location. Our employees are expected to speak up when they see potential hazards or safety issues. This active engagement, coupled with management’s commitment, and our employee’s acceptance of the tools we have provided, sets the groundwork for Nobody Gets Injured.

At Kentech, engagement at every level is expected. Craft involvement is vital to our safety mission and success. Without their input and collaboration with staff our program loses validity and value. By empowering everyone on the project and encouraging them to speak up when they see or have safety concerns it becomes a company full of safety conscious employees. Our management team is committed to equipping them with the proper PPE and the right tools to get the job done safely.

The commitment to safety is twofold – it starts as a grassroots effort with the craft people but it is only as good as the management’s commitment. At Kentech, management takes safety seriously. Every meeting begins with safety. From estimating meetings to operational meetings to annual meetings – every one starts with safety. We pride ourselves on our investment in safety and our push to do more than is required or expected. Our employees are our biggest asset and we want to protect them at all cost.
